Silver Delivery
Our basic service. It includes home delivery during a pre-scheduled
four-hour window, plus placement of the item in the consumer’s
room of choice.
Gold Delivery
Our white-glove service. It includes delivery during a four-hour
window, placement of the item in the consumer’s room of choice and
unpacking. Our team will also handle basic setup and remove any debris.
Platinum Delivery
Our premier service. It includes delivery during a four-hour window,
placement in the room of choice, unpacking and up to 30 minutes of
assembly. Our team will also remove any debris.
Returns Handling
We can create a customized returns program to meet your needs whether
that means repackaging, consolidation, tendering to a liquidation
company or disposal.
Inventory Management & Warehousing
To save you the expense of acquiring assets or managing inventory, we
can store your product for you. Using the EXE Technologies warehouse
management program, we provide national, regional and local warehousing.
We have more 100 facilities across the country.
Shipment Tracking
Perhaps the most important part of the Directware system, our online
tracking tool is easy to use and extremely accurate. It is based on
continuously updated data and is designed to tell you everything you
need to know about your shipment, including: its origin, destination,
contents, estimated time of arrival, scheduled delivery date, shipment
exceptions and specific handling instructions. You can access our
tracking tool from our web site or by calling a toll-free number.
Document Retrieval
View, download or print copies of all shipment paperwork, as well as
an image of the recipient’s actual signature.
Customer Email Notification
Using our own email notification system, we can contact your customers
about any significant event that occurs during the lifetime of a shipment.
