Traffic Resources Unlimited inc.dba Express Furnitureshipping.com (EFS) has taken every precaution to protect your security and privacy.
Security
In the course of using the Expressfurnitureshipping.com, (EFS) web site we may ask you for your e-mail address, postal address, telephone number and your credit card information (if you place an order).
We do not and will not further access any credit card information you provide. Your credit information will not be shared with any company outside of EFS and will be used for the sole purpose of processing your order.
Privacy
Because we value you as a customer we will not rent, sell, or make available in any other way e-mail addresses outside of EFS. As a valued customer we will use e-mail from time to time to inform you, or to follow-up on your order, etc.
When does my credit card get charged?
Your credit card will get charged 24-72 hours after you place your order. We have a "Pre-pay" policy to protect ourselves from fraudulent transactions.
Refund Cancellation & Policy
Our system calculates the shipping based on your input of information and description, we use a standard move cube weight equivalency of 7 lbs per cubic ft, or as the reported weight that you enter or advise us on the website. All weights are subject to verification and you will be notified if there is a weight adjustment, that results in a weight change. This notification can at times be after the pickup has been made. Depending on the transit progression, cancellation by the customer based on any reported weight or packaging discrepancies, may result in a pro-rated retention of payment for the portion of the services which have been rendered. If the shipment has not been picked up and no packaging or other services rendered, including the dispatch of the pickup truck on the date of pickup, the transaction may be cancelled in full, and full refund will apply. All transportation charges and credit card charges are considered earned in full upon pickup of the shipment, unless we notify you of a price change or interruption to the transaction due to reported weight or packaging discrepancies as indicated above. Cancellations or returns must be authorized in writing.
How do I pay by check?
To pay by check, simply agree to the freight quote, and notify us that you will be paying by check.
Assembly
Some of our services include light assembly, when requested and charged, if you require additional or more comprehensive assembly, we can suggest Impact Resource Group who can provide assembly services throughout most of the United States. What is White Glove Inside Delivery?
- Stress-free delivery provided by professional furniture delivery experts
- Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm in most areas
- Remote areas may not be serviced or could experience delivery delays, call for more details
- Includes inside placement in room of your choice and two flight of stairs, additional services may require additional charges, see accessorial levels.
These additional services may require additional fees.
Customers Responsibilities related to damage notations.
Please inspect your delivery prior to signing off on the paperwork. If there any issues with your delivery you must call us while the carrier is present.
Please inspect your goods prior to the delivery agent's departure.
The delivery company will exercise due care at all times while on the property or in the residence of the member, leaving no debris or packaging materials behind.
- White Glove Delivery Service is available in most areas within the Continental US. Additional delivery fees are required if you are located outside of a regular delivery service area. If you are located outside of the regular delivery service area you will be notified by email of additional delivery charges before your order is shipped.
- Extraordinary delivery conditions may require an additional fee to be paid.
- Delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.
What if My Shipment Arrives Damaged?
In the rare situation that you experience damage in your shipment, or residence, please be sure to note it on the delivery paperwork you sign and contact us as soon as possible. If the carton is obviously severely damaged, you must note its condition, and have the driver countersign your remarks. All shipments are released at .60 per lb per article. Additional valuation protection is available and must be placed prior to pickup, and confirmed with our offices in writing. This will be valuation protection placed directly with the carrier. We will assist in the successful placement of the claim if necessary and throughout the inspection and review process.
